  • Electron Beam Diameter Measurement

    • Imports SEM image and calculates beam diameter based on the intensity change across an interface.

  • LabView random wavescan acquistion

    • Program to acquire X-ray wavescans in a non-standard fashion (up, down, random, peak center out) as well as simultaneous acquisition of a single channel to track changes over time.
    • Requires PfEPMA remote communications server to control instrumentation.

  • MATLAB time dependent spectral correction

    • Program to deconvolute X-ray spectra and correct them time dependent artifacts.
    • Can use either randomly acquired X-ray wavescans or intensity changes in a single channel to correct spectra.
