It is approximately a three-hour ride from the Boise Airport to the Riggins conference venue. From the McCall conference venue, it is an approximately 2.5 hour drive back to the Boise Airport. We will provide round-trip van transport between the Boise airport and the meeting venues as part of the registration cost, as well as during field trips and for shuttles into downtown McCall on some of the evenings.
All participants will need to make and purchase their own travel arrangements to Boise. To use the provided shuttle, arrive at the Boise Airport by 3 P.M. on Friday, August 18th, 2023 and book flights that leave the Boise Airport 11:30 A.M. or later on Friday, August 25th, 2023. Alternatively, attendees may choose to provide their own transportation to Riggins and out of McCall, but will have to use conference-provided transportation for field trips during the meeting and for transportation from Riggins to McCall due to GSA regulations.
